Initial Consultation - Dr. Vera Dubovoy

Service Description

This 80 minute consultation with Dr. Vera Dubovoy will evaluate your current state of health by looking at your personal health story. We will send you a new patient intake form prior to your appointment in order for the physician to become familiar with your health goals. Please note that any tests ordered during this visit will need to be reviewed during a follow-up visit. Please bring all of your current supplements, medications, any relevant labs, and imaging with you. Please Note Dr Ilya is not accepting new patients.
